Configuration options
- ISO Class: ISO 7 or ISO 8 (to ISO 14644-1).
- Atrium: with or without an atrium.
- Flooring: supplied with or without flooring.
ISO 7 or ISO 8?
ISO 14644-1 classifies cleanrooms by airborne particle concentration. An ISO 7 cleanroom allows no more than 352,000 particles (0.5 µm and larger) per cubic metre; an ISO 8 cleanroom allows up to 3,520,000. ISO 7 suits more sensitive work, while ISO 8 is a cost-effective choice for less critical processes.
